Any chance you could list/link the pop-off valves and the available ranges (boost before pop) that you have them in?
You have sold me and several others on them, and it would be great if there was a nice single source we could go to to see which one is best suited for us. . .some prices would also be helpful.
I bet you'd sell a whole lot more of them with this thread.

Two things Greddy makes one that sells for pretty cheap. I can get that for you anytime you would like it is adjustable up to 28psi. The second thing is I will be making some of my own in the near future that will hopefully have a bit more abillity than theirs
the strong is called the Type R with Stiff Spring according to the sites that I've looked at, which do a very poor job of explaining things, except that the one I described here, is the one needed for 400+hp

It looks as if the new Synapse Engineering Synchronic BOV will has a built in popoff valve feature that will be available later once they develop a contoller for it.
Alright, so I did a bench test on a controller setup I came up with to utilize the POV feature on the Synapse Engineering BOV. Looks like it will work. Will be doing some dyno testing the Thursday before SSXI at Synapse's Dyno in San Diego. I will relay how the testing went, what performance capability this setup provides, etc..
The only thing I'm worried about this setup is how it dynamically affects the EBC and WG. May get unstable flutter when the POV (BOV) goes off, that's why I want to test it in a controlled environment (dyno).
Here's the parts list:
FD3S Emission control three way check valve
Headlight Relay
Water injection adjustable pressure switch - 2bar
Wiring and hose.
Update got a pressure switch that doesn't require a relay. I went with a Aquamist "Normally Open" Pressure switch 806 155.
Anyways, did some testing and got rock solid pressure at whatever pressure setting on the POV controller. Though, I need to get a turbo speed sensor to get a better idea what the turbo is doing while the POV is open, the turbo may be getting dangerously close to the rpm limit of the bearings.
Thinking of making something similar to this Aquamist control unit.
It looks like it works 15-150psi. What about the masses that run >15psi? All i'm looking for is a mechanical failsafe.

No it wouldn't be this exact unit, just similar architecture.
Well what I have is a Mechanical/electrical fail safe, just need to improve the packaging and find a two way check valve that would other than a OEM emission check valve.
