thank you Holly!! Not entirely sure yet if I can even make it. Friend of mine from home town of Akron- Youngstown Ohio area says he may be coming if it doesn't rain. He has a radical 20b he built and took to 7stock last year and I thought I'd try to make it if he goes. Here's a glimpse of his..

not mine again...i had a good laugh seeing how much this person wanted for suspension:

https://atlanta.craigslist.org/atl/pts/6005810507.html

oh, and it DOES NOT include what i believe is the respeed steering kit...already asked. for $1600, i would have thought it would have included it. incredible what people want for their ****. guess they think their **** doesn't smell either.

Ok, I've been putting this off a while but it looks like I sold my house so I gotta clean out the garage. May make a post in the FS section too, but I'm lazy.

For the FD, I have a Cusco strut brace and (I think) a Mazda comp front sway set up.

For the FB I have:
What should be a good 12A. It came out of Donnie's blue car when he was hit. He said it had 10-15k on it at the time. I stole the carb off of it. Thinking around $300 for it. Let me know if I'm nuts.

For the car itself, may have to get out of the FB game for a bit. Just don't have a place for it. I don't have to sell it, just not allowed to have it at the house......
Stats on it:
82GSL, ~108k.

The bad: hood is rusting, driver's window is stuck down, body in general is not great. Interior is mediocre. Battery could be getting weak (it does have a 10/06 date sticker on it).

It does run pretty well. Idle could be better. Hot starts well. Cold start is decent. No smoke
Mods: Konig Rewinds with Falken Azenis (5 total), Tokico adjustable shocks, I think 350/200 springs, Respeed adjustable coilovers, Racing Beat exhaust (full), RB oil pan baffle, Ground Control Caster/camber plates, RB front sway, Poly bushings (except the rear). Maybe $1500?

Additionally I have stock wheels, a clear sunroof with case (it's not glass, think it is plexi), stock sway bars and springs

I don't really have time to part it. Maybe the wheels, but that is about it.

What have you old guys been up to? Has this awesome weather pushed you to turn a few wrenches? Working on any projects before DGRR?

Alex and I got the new engine in the FD about 2 weeks ago. It started up almost too perfect. I've put 300+ trouble free miles on it so far. Feels good to be driving it again!

chinese water torture to walk by a 7 sitting in your garage/driveway everyday when it doesn't run. That FD is simply gorgeous and those wheels are perfect with Montego blue. Nice ride!!

I'll be damned!! It is black! Just the way it's reflecting light threw me off. Now I'm really jealous. Black always my favorite. I'm trying to at least go on Friday then make it to the Saturday car show. It's a 50/50 chance for me. My old friend from Ohio is going with his SLC 20b and I'd really like to see him and the faces of those that see it for the first time.

Can we buy rides in the SLC? I'll let him drive my SA with a hogged out nikki. I'm sure
its comparable.

his name is Garry and he's the kind of guy that would love to give an enthusiast a ride. I got one last year and I can tell you that it'll go 0-100 back to 0 in 7 seconds. It's downright violent!!

At 7stock he had it dynoed and I recall it being 635 rwhp on pump gas and 685 on the good stuff. The chassis is SLC intended for an LS1 engine. He's the only one to ever mount a 20b in one. He gull winged the doors last summer did some fancy LED treatments on the front lights and had a new wrap design added to spruce up the paint job. I haven't caught up with him lately but I'm sure by the time DGRR comes it'll have even more goodies.

It's official. I'm going to DGRR. Besides seeing a parking lot full of wankel heads I'm looking forward to a parking lot full of pistonless beauties. Not staying at the hotel there instead driving in Saturday morning after a night stay at a hotel an hour away. Thinking I can stay all day and leave later that afternoon. Not sure if I can stay till Sunday morning without accommodations prearranged, I see on the map there are others from my area in NC. Look forward to meeting nearby rotor heads to my home. Carlos!! See you there buddy!! Is Ray going!!?? Or is he still sulking from the election??
