I/O differences between the E8 and the E11v2
I was perusing the Haltech ECU comparison page and am really interested in the I/O differences between the two. It looks like the E8 is just a detuned E11v2. I just want to know what types of inputs are plugged into the Aux Dig Inputs and the Analog Inputs and what types of outputs come from the Aux Outputs. Do I really need 4 Aux Dig Inputs, 13 Aux Outputs and 7 Analog Inputs or would I be fine with 1 Aux Dig Input, 6 Aux Outputs and 3 Analog Inputs if I want to keep most of my luxury accessories (A/C) or if I want to use, say the wideband or the boost control solenoid? I guess a categorised list of what goes under each of the three categories mentioned above (ADI, AO and AI) would be the most helpful.

Here is the thing, that list just mentions the maximum number of in/out/features that the Units have, this means that some features cant be used at the same times with others. The main difference between the E11v2 and E8, is that the E8 has less inputs and outputs than the E11.
When you go online with the software it knows what ECU you're online with and activates or deactivates what ever hardware it detects.
A side effect of loading E11 firmware onto an E8 will make the software think that its working with an E11 and activate all the options/hardware when there isnt, thus creating a conflict, so be carefull guys.
If you need all out features and performance, the E11 is the way to go, if you can do without most of them, then E8 will sufice.

I know that, I'm deciding which ECU to go with, not just loading E11 software onto an E8. I just want to know what inputs and outputs are under each category. Like where would A/C go? Cruise Control? Anti-Lag? (not that I'm thinking about using ALS on a street car) That's why I was hoping someone could provide a categorised list.
