Will i shoot flames?
I have a ported motor, air intake, catback exhaust, highflow cat, and efini turbos. Will i shoot flames with this set up? IF i will how do i do it? And what do you all mean by running the car "rich"?

Running the car "rich" means u are running more fuel then necessary..... the oposite of "rich" is "lean"....this means u are not running enough fuel which causes detonation....then a rebuild usually follows......... do a search on air/fuel ratios.......for example......10:1 a/f ratio is rich............15:1 a/f ratio is lean........

I suggest you adopt a modding philosophy that doesn't revolve around whether you shoot flames or not....
You need a full open exhaust to shoot flames, as well as excessive fuel on decel.
You should have a downpipe before any other mod!

To answer the question: it's not likely you'll blow flames with a high flow cat. If your air pump is still hooked up to the cat, I think that pretty much eliminates them.
The reason you see flames on some cars is because they are running heavy boost and high fuel flow, and even at a reasonable AFR (i.e. 11:1), under boost there is still enough extra fuel to light up as it nears the tailpipe. While it's neat, it's not ideal and it's not something to emulate.

...run a downpipe, midpipe and straight thru muffler...if your tail pipe comes out at back it will be harder to get flames that far on a mostly stock motor...if you try the ignition cut tricks...your rotory will die more quickly as this burns up the oil that lubes the chamber....better just mix some bleach and water..put it in the rear wiper reservoir(if you have one) and run lines to your rear wheels...a lil squit at the stop light and you can really smoke you tires....this and straight exhaust and Lupe will think you have 750RWHP....lol
