blown motor but now car wont start
i know it sounds rediculous that im complaining about my car not starting with a blown motor but even a couple weeks after it blew it would start up no problem, but now it wont start at all, it just keeps cranking and does nothing, like it is flooded but i dont think it is. last week i did the un flooding procedure and i cranked for a couple seconds and it turned over and i got some rpms then it died, any suggestions of how to get it started so i can move it. thanks.

MMO and unflooding or a pull start are probably your only alternative to get it running on one rotor.
your plugs are probably fouled on the loaded rotor by now also, they should be cleaned or replaced before trying to start it on one rotor and they would need to be cleaned often(like every startup).

yea i was planning on changing the plugs because i figured they would be fouled, but the problem is my car is on an inclined driveway and you know how you have to change the plugs so that might be difficult. and i dont want to try pop starting it and then it not start and i'll have my car out in the street and have to push it up the driveway.

you can change the plugs fairly easily by pulling off the intake pipe, i never could understand why people jack up the car just to change the plugs, i can do it without taking anything off the car and doing it by working around the intake pipe though it is a pain to get in there with it in the way.

when my motor went, coolent seal, it would only start if i had my friend tow it and then pop start it, although it would blow white smoke like no tomorrow, and if i didnt get to my destination within 5 min it would over heat to hell. get someone with a long tow rope and a truck and just tow it over there. thats what i did.
