Headlight switch issues

I am having the typical headlights on, tail lights and interior lights out problem. I checked the connector on the switch and there is no trace of meltedness, i got a switch off my parts car and it was melted but also didn't work. I've replaced all the melted fuses under the dash and still nothing. What else can i check? I assumed the switch would fix it but it didn't, anything else i can check?

mine was a connector by the dead pedal. i'm a skinny guy and it was still hard to get up under there. my connector was the blue one (i think theres a blue and a green). mine was the rear lights not working which is the RED/BLK wire and it was melted right at the connector.
get upside down and lay on the floorboard and get your head up in there and check that out.

edit: man, that's some nice cleavage. long live the shocker.
