i just have mine in my glove box with my boost controller, nothing special.
I have it feeding the main plug out the passenger side of the glove box. I had to remove the passenger side track thingy on the glove box so it didn't interfere with the wires. Other than that it fits fine. I'll throw a pic up when i can take some.
