Version 3 to 4 CAS mods

Hi everybody has anyone changed from Version 3 to version 4 wolfs?? Does the CAS need the filter capacitor removed.. I have cranking errors that I didn't have with my V3 wolf, I have a modified CAS that worked with the V3 unit flawlessly but reading the Install book it doesn't mention any mods.
Can anyone help me out please.
