Thanks Vagambler - Msd 8509 install

Many thanks to VA for wiring information he provided for the MSD 8509 signal stableizer to modified CAS ... I have had one of these units kicking around for a couple years.. I jsut never got around to figuring out how to install it ..

I've always had a few signal errors, especially when cranking from cold.. at odd times even high rpm missfire on boost ....

After installing the msd, I now get 0 signal errors on startup and have yet to experience any high rpm missfires .. car starts up quicker as well since it gets a clean signal at lower cranking rpm .. I also now have my trigger voltage level set at medium...

Overall, this little box is certainly a gem.. relativly inexpensive item that will save you alot of headaches..

This is a great example of forum members helping each other out. Anyone got a price on one of these.
Cheers

Here ya go guys , here is where I got mine , it runs $ 80.00 and well worth the cost , this would have cut my triggering problems out in no time , " once I got the Cas wired correctly " , hahaha Now if they just have a tunning class for the old farts like me .
