Wolf 3D Random (so it seems) turbo timmer error?

Random (so it seems) turbo timmer error?
Somedays (today included) i would just be driving along and randomly my car would loose all power. Touching the accelerator would kill the motor, and the handheld display would say

Turbo Timer Timmed out
W2 (maby 1, idk) is OFF

it was something along thoes lines
I have the little jumper wire plugged into my harness, the turbo timmer activated is Off.
Any idea's whats going on?
Shutting off the car and restarting it right away cures the problem
