cause he turned into a crackhead? literally..

hate to bash the guy but he has fucked more people lately than he has helped, made me look like an idiot for sending customers to him for tuning and was evicted from his shop, was living in a trailer on the shops premises, was stealing **** from customers cars and saying they were broken into and last but not least- all the customers cars who he had at his shop are now under lock and key by the owner of the shop until his eviction process is completed and then the fun will really start...

wish i was, i have his ex-customers contacting me and i don't know what to tell them as i can't even go see the condition of their cars or what/if any is left of their parts.

of course he will tell a completely different version of the story, being a much sadder one about him being mugged and having a bad back and losing sleep over david hayes' pettit 20B FD which he basically got robbed blind on but eh... i doubt you will ever hear his name in this community again after such a 'run of bad luck'.

i know how it is dealing with issues, but putting them off for 5 months hoping they would go away and not working on a damn thing is not something i can excuse, nor contacting customers about what is going on.

yeh i imagine.... i was approached by him to set up a dealer ship for wolf here in Malta to cater for the mediterranean region.

I am sorry for the guy. I spoke to him alot on the phone and sounded a decent guy, but i think he was biting more then he could chew.....

Well, i hope his luck turns around and gives him a smile, but i doubt that we will hear of him on here again.....

Sad story for the guys who have stuff stuck at his place.

No wonder david got pissed off with the wolf.... i wish david luck on the haltech.

... sad story.......

Very sad for Chris. He's a brilliant guy with a lot of issues right now. I'm very sorry for those who have cars at his place - it's going to be a brutal process getting them back I think.

As for me, I spent this weekend at Gotham checking out my car and inventorying (SP?) the broken and missing pieces off of it. Strange things were missing, like a headlight bezel, fasteners throughout various places in the car, etc. I'm the only owner of the car and pretty **** about this so I'm confident these went missing while at Wolf. It's all good as they are all being replaced now.

As for what I lost at Wolf, besides one year of time, I paid $7,500 to Chris for a turbo and a very bad fabrication job. I also got a chopped up wiring nightmare that would certainly have caused the car to catch on fire. Gotham has had their hands full fixing all the issues on the car but for me, the light is at the end of the tunnel.

I wish Chris' customers good luck and if you are a friend of Chris, PLEASE help the man fix his "erratic behavior" (read between the lines here) and to put his live back together.

Heh. Looks like I'll shelf the Wolf EMS and go Haltech. Or blow up a 3 rotor trying to tune it myself.

I played phone tag with this guy for like 9 months. I could never lock him down for a time and date to come down and have a look at a 3 rotor wolf setup. He's a big ******* flake and will never get his **** together. Once a crackhead, always a crackhead. It's sorry to hear. HE seemed like a nice guy. I even offered to help him build a website and promote it...

$7,500 plus $2,500 in transportation so $10,000 total was the "take". An expensive lesson but at least I got my car out in time.

I never got a good feeling about him after some of the nonsense I had seen him post about wolf stuff and the broken maps.

Wa wa wa!?!? I had no idea Chris went ape-**** ... that's nuts! Anybody remember Ron Forman? Maybe it's dealing with the Wolf that sends people over the edge

Man, if Wolf could just get a decent reliable dealer network setup in the States, hey might have a decent market share.

he had another car in his shop for close to a year and never got anything done on it, it took me about 3 hours to get the car up and running again which is what it was at his shop for and he took $1300 from this customer only to pull the front bumper off for whatever reason..

sorry to hear about chris and what is going on, but if you people need a very good wolf tuner you can make a group to have your cars tune and have my brother Tommy here from Puerto Rico go over there and tune your cars. We are wolf distributor in Puerto Rico and carribean (HPP Performance 787-746-0303).

hope every one get there cars back.
