WHiV 2010 was a great time as we had 80+ rotor heads from the following states
California
Arizona
Nevada
Washington
Oregon
Utah
Texas
Wyoming
We are anticipating folks from as far away as New York for 2011 so mark those calendars and
plan a trip to Sin City and join fellow rotor heads for what should to be a memorable (or not lol) weekend
A website was started last year but not sure if I can post it
Please post up any questions, perhaps if this thread develops enough activity it could be pinned where
more ppl will see as it has already expanded beyond just the west forum
I'll post of the group rate code once we have it

Ok I've added in my sig a link to this years Resort
This year should prove again to be something for everyone from mild to wild.
Plenty of fellow rotary folks. The host location has it all from child care, to movie theaters, to bowling, to the food court, to events such as hockey games last year the same weekend they had Ringling Brothers, they did really lol. Plus there will also be shuttle a bus to the world las vegas famous strip. While you should be able to see it from the Orleans it's a tad too far to walk
So wether you'd like to combine your vaca with a meet with fellow rotorheads you can even bring the family and have it all
We have worked to secure pricing for additional nights stay. So grab your lady/guy or a couple of buddies and come see what it is all about .... but I warn you anyone that has come keeps coming back the next year and brings more people with them

i'll see about some sort of BBQ at the shop or some sort of sponsorship but i can't commit to anything as of yet. the shop is only 2 blocks from the Orleans but as of now i'm looking at different locations for less money and also at a second job working evenings, meaning RE will be my second job.

If anyone is coming from Cali and needs any further details or has any questions, feel free to hit me up as I'm coordinating everything for the SoCal 8's and would be happy to help out here as well.
Just a heads up, there is typically a caravan out to Vegas Friday morning so as we get closer to the event, I'll post up details.
