SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
FRIDAY MAY 18TH
MEET & GREET
Where: Circus Circus parking area behind The Adventure-dome theme park.
When: 3pm to 8pm
Greeting, registration
and begin vehicle staging for car show.
Out of town attendees arriving late can contact WHiV hosts to get registered.
PARTY AT THE CIRCUS CIRCUS
Where: Circus Circus Hospitality Suite
When: 8pm to whenever
Party will be BYOB with horderves, chips and dips supplied by WHiV5.
SATURDAY MAY 19th
ROTARY SHOW
Check-in begins at 7am
Show 8am to 1pm
This year a rotary show will be held in the parking area behind The Circus Circus Adventure-dome. There will be several categories depending upon the cars registered prior to the event. Repus, old school, 7’s, and 8’s will be judged separately. 7s may be broken up into first, second and third gen vehicles if preregistration shows a sufficient number. All rotary vehicles registered in the show will be eligible for trophies.
TROPHIES, RAFFLE, AND FOOD
Raffle tickets will be sold at the meet and greet on Friday and during the car show on Saturday. Drawing for raffle prizes, announcement of car show winners and presentation of trophies will be done at conclusion of car show.
For attendees convenience there will be food vendors available during the show
as there will not be a lunch as in past years.
ANNUAL CRUISE
2PM
Be prepared for an approx. 2hr drive
TRADITIONAL GET TOGETHER AT THE HOFFBRAU HOUSE
When: 8pm to 11pm
A No Host Dinner is served and prices range from $10.00 and up for traditional German fare. The beer flows at all times (pay as you go). A German band plays and the noise, laughing, and crying from the group almost drowns out the band. If you remember in years past, parking is a problem at the Hoffbrau House, so this year there will be easy alternative ways offered to get to the Hoffbrau House.
SUNDAY MAY 20th
SCENIC CRUISE
We will have a short cruise to a scenic area to be announced
AFTER CRUISE BBQ
At an area to be announced
End of WHiV5...Hope you all had a good time
PARKING
Circus Circus is providing an area that will be watched very closely. Further information on its location will be forth coming

recieved an email from the hotel .... several people have booked rooms wooohooo ... but here is where we need your help ... we need screen names and what rotary your bringing for the show .... we will begin pre-staging vehicles Friday night

We are talking Vegas!!!
I beleive there is a misunderstanding this is "NOT" an 8 event it's all rotaries
Be great seeing people we otherwise only see at Seventock
Post up if you'd like to join or are making plans to do so!
Let's out number those 8's!! lol
We kind of need vehicles accounted for, this is for trophys, parking/staging area size needed (hotel will give us what we need) and security
Feel free to shoot with any questions

Had a fellow from the San Bernardino area come out with Joe from Impulsive Rotarys, they dropped off a SA at my place, I towed the fellow from SS14 as his FC had issues (since fixed). I can't remember his name at the moment we were talking about WHiV5 and he said there was a group of as many as 15 planning to come join us. He did say he didn't post on the forum much so I am asking if anyone who may be part of that group see's this please get a list of vehicles either here or PM/e-mail me. We can handle as many cars that come out but with numbers we can better prepare to assure to reduce any hassles for our guests

Met with a couple of the WHiV5 vendors this past weekend one was Killer Waxx ...
I try stuff out myself so I can answer questions the best I can
