Its worth the try, thats for sure.
This is what I'm talking about. If the meets are too big and far inbetween people are pressured to make time to come. Where as my idea is to just if you some spare time on Wednesday, let's just meet up and chill. More like a get together, not a meet.

Where is Santa Rosa anyways?
I'm not advertising, I just got a good deal on a dyno, and wanted to share. Also, I thought an RX7 get together was on topic. Didn't mean to offend. The deal is we will be tuning some high HP FCs and an FD on Friday, and again on Saturday. The cars are all Haltech cars, and three FCs are shooting to break 400, maybe the 450 mark. Santa Rosa is an hour north of SF, just map blast the shop address. Here's a picture of my car. Friday we'll be tuning a Big single turbo Vert, and a single turbo FD. Anyway, hope some of you can make it, who knows, maybe we'll do a BBQ at my place after depending on interest. Carl

I could make it to a weekly 7 meets at san jose or saratoga. I live in Pleasanton, but I go to mitsuwa every two weeks since my mom is Japanese. Plus I`m starting at SJSU this year so I`m gonna be driving down there all the time anyways.
Currently I`m in Japan visiting relatives so I wouldn`t be able to go till after the 17th

I'm down if only the meet is rotary specific, not like the last meet at Starbucks where it is overwelming coz a bunch of diff. cars showed up (not hating). BTW, I'm from Sunnyvale.

yeah honda and vw guys just love to stop by and say hi..
happens wherever there's a small crowd of cars, they come over and think they can show off too.

Well, we can always welcome a stranger stopping by to compliment our cars. I have no problem with that.

Then again, we're not gonna be just chilling in a parking lot, so chances are, it won't happen. We'll meet up, chat a little bit and go grab some dinner. Those who knows what's up will leave with the group, and those just stopping by will just go on their way. No one wants to interrupt someone else's dinner plans. I'd like to get to know the people on the forum, not the cars. I mean cars are cool, but typical meets turn pretty boring b/c it's always just a group of strangers, month after month, year after year.
