Who in Nor-Cal can press rotor and stationary gear bearings?

Oh really? they obviously have to line up the notches though and just press in the new ones? they don't need a special diameter die for the press?
if you want to do some of the legwork you can use a 90* angle and a razor blade to run some marks along the outside edge of the bearing for alignment marks. a die press should be used but isn't absolutely necessary so long as they press it in flat and use some grease/oil to make sure it doesn't bind during pressing.
