I am looking for some place that I can run my RX7 SCCA car on track days here in central Califorina (SF area)? Anyone know what it cost to run track days? Most tracks that I know of charge over $500 a day to run your car on track days. Thats way more than I can afford.

You can check out your local tracks for test and tune days. Not sure about Norcal but Buttonwillow and WIR are in the 100 to 200 a day after you get a tack membership.

Or check out nasaproracing.com they do HPDE/Time Trials, as well as races on the same day.

There are a few other groups that do track days. But again I'm in Socal so I'm not sure of the groups in Norcal.
Check out Vipper groups, Mustang Groups ect.. Some times they will let other cars in to bring the cost down.

Thunderhill in willows is good forgot there website but they have a calender with all the groups

 

Last vovlo club day i went to was $220 came with lunch and i think i spent over 2 hours easily on track with no one around me. It was great
