Excellent, I'm getting a lot of interest. I have sent a lot of you private messages about participating in an all RX-7 event in LA, hopefully something on the regular. I'm down with the leg work if people are interested in attending. If there are others of you interested in this, please send me a private message. I am collecting contact info from interested parties so I can update you all on what's going on, so please include that. If enough people are interested, and Socal 7s is dead, I be interested in resurrecting or starting a RX-7 club for SoCal. Let me know what you think!

 

Sounds good to me. A couple of ideas;

1. make it often, but not TOO often. ~once a month?
2. have some activities, getting dinner, etc. Meets get boring if all we do is stand around asking people what they have done to their cars.

This is good stuff. I'm cataloging and organizing all of this input and individual contact info to put something together.

 

So Cal 7's isn't dead...just taking a little break...It takes alot hard work to set up Sevenstock so planning other events during the year takes a back seat....

 

im sure that if there is something that starts from this it will be good, im interested starting something as well. i know all kinds of places to meet and eat, i agree that standing around talking all night is boring..since summer is coming up, i like BBQ's and the beach soo im sure that everyones up for that, so lets do this thang..

The thursday night meets at northridge pretty much sucked.... most of them were riced out TCs and hondas... and a few 240s and always 1 (and only 1) FD.. ive seen a few FCs though.

way to much cop attention there also, one of my relatives lives down the street.... plus when they go to street/drag race next to the airport, alot of people get fucked.

 

What about Camping trip to Lake perris? im down to go if allot of people attend. We can be there Saturday morning and leave Sunday afternoon. Think about it, BBQ, Beer, and tenting outdoors? My .2 cents..
