what's wrong with this car?

Anyone know what's wrong with this car? It's been on Craigslist for at least 6-10 months.
Is it fake/scam....or is something RALLY wrong with it? just wondering since I'm considering buying an FD soon.

I still dont get why people keep asking if cars for sell are scams on craigslist or autotrader, who would buy a car anyway without checking it out first, seeing it test driving and what not if you didnt you are pretty stupid and should be ripped off anyway, where you planing on sending a check in the mail, giving your credit card numbers or something then go and pick it up

No I wasn't planning on buying this car, or even seeing it. I don't even plan on buying one for another few months. I was just looking at craigslist and I ALWAYS see this car so I was just curious if someone on this forum tried to buy this car or something, and what's the story behind it. I was just curious nothing more.

the guy could give you a fake pink slip for a stolen car. You'd be pretty jacked.

Yes very true But, you can always call the dmv and read them the license plate number and the vin to confirm other wise, or take it to a local dmv with the person trying to sell it and a dmv rep will check over all the vin's in the car
