That warning was directed to anyone who wanted to come into the West section just to start **** with anyone/everyone. I was tired of having to go through and clean up threads. So I posted that sticky as a first warning to people like that. The second warning is a PM, and the third time the person will get banned. I've never noticed you being a troll so I wouldn't even worry about it if I were you.
