By my intricate rotary engine specific mathematical formulas, thats 441hp for a series 4 N/A and 558hp for a series 4 turbo.
Sources:
3 x air power
s4 N/A air power = 147hp
s4 turbo air power = 186hp

I ended up making my own CAI for my s5 by just removing the washer tank, cutting a hole, and adding a 6"x3"strait + a 90 degree to the end of my MAF. It was cheap and accomplished what I needed it to. I wasn't trying to get more HP out of it, I just can't stand that restrictive **** box intake they put on these cars. Having the cone help idle and throttle response while moving it outside of the engine bay helps on these hot ******* summer days to not suck in 175+ degree air from the engine compartment. I also painted all the stock and new intake parts with 500 degree cermaic engine paint to help with heat soak.

I keep hearing and reading that the stock air box is actually quite good at sucking in cool air as long as those panels infront of the rad support are still there. A few people have also told me the stock air system isn't much more restrictive than an aftermarket unless you replace the MAF sensor with something. I think it would be more effective to upgrade heat shielding over the exhaust to try to keep the heat from the ex.manifold (or headers) away from the intake manifold and the rubber intake piping. (This is all for a NA FC that I'm referring to) I have seen some forum threads where people use that shiny anti-heat tape and completely cover the outside of the LIM where it is exposed to heat from the ex. manifold. That seemed like a really good idea.
P.s. I realize I'm nowhere near you guys on the west coast but I found this when I searched "weapon R" =)

If I'm not mistaken the Weapon R intake for FC's doesn't come with the piping like the second picture posted. It only comes with what you need for in front of the MAF sensor. I emailed them when they first introduced the secret weapon concentric-pipe intake design and they said at the time it wasn't cost-effective to sell the piping for our cars and they had no plans for developing anything in the future. The S4 kit comes with a plastic MAF adapter and either a SW filter or a Dragon Filter, and the S5 kit comes with what you posted in the first picture.

As far as I can tell from pictures, couldn't you just get the maf adapter for cones anyways and then bolt all that to the inlet of the tube? I'm thinking it would need another coupler but I have tons of those laying around from various other custom intakes on other vehicles.
