Water Methanol Injection Bay Area Install

Does anyone know of a mechanic that would install such a system and does anyone have one on their car. I saw an AEM progressive system and wondered if anyone had any personal experience.

Exactly. There are a few places that say they CAN do it but have never done it to a FD. I also wonder if you can pass smog with it done

yes, it is very easy to install. I have done a few installs where the customer didnt want the extra reservior so we used the factory washer reservior. You can do straight water injection so the reservior will work for your windshield and water injection. If you want to do alchol injection then I wouldnt recommend you spray your windshield anymore. Id recommend a tune after you get it installed as well.

I generally suggest a 50/50 water/meth injection

Any ideas as to where i could put the reservoir. I have a battery in the passenger side bin, and the driver's side i use for storage (extra oil, coolant, protek r, etc.) I guess i could take out the washer fluid reservoir, but i really don't want to.

Coolingmist sells a trunkmount kit... everything is preassembled... so all you have to do is hook up a power source and run the line/lines to the enginebay.

you could always run a fuel cell of sorts in the trunk, with the proper vent and discharge plumbing you should have no problems and a bigger capacity of course is a plus
