Exclamation Wanted: Good Deal RX7 in so cal have CASH to buy NOW!!

Hello:

I just bought a rx7 from i8urchvy last month and next day the engine started to fire due to fuel leak which he should and didn't tell me. Plus there is a expired license and $400 fine. And he never answered my phone call, just called today and he pretended that I got the wrong number!!!!!! Very very sad, so while I am dealing with him by law, I need to buy another one for now.

So I am VERY VERY SERIOUS!! I am looking for a good running 3rd gen RX7 fd, high miles ok, salvaged title ok, lots of mods ok, as long as it's good deal and I will pay you top cash and pick up the car, located in L.A area, willing to buy good deal rx7 within California. Let me know. HAVE CASH NOW!!!

email me or call me at:

626 437 3028

thanks

John

NO!! That is a salvaged title car which had big accident from the side which he only said car had been stolen NO ACCIDENT, BS!! , plus now car looks like a Shxt due to fire, lots of things needed to be replaced and I might have the chance to sue him and get my money back. So just leave that shxt there for now.

dang man, you can't have two fd's at once...save some for me.

Did you check recycler.com and autotrader.com for an RX7??

John, I do not appreciate your libel. You are posting facts which are simply not true. First, how can I have predicted you would burn down a car? Second, you knew I only had the car in my posession for about 1 week, and all history I gave you regarding the matter was honest and to the best of my knowledge. You purchased a good condition running rx7 for 7800. You know well that a used vehicle is taken as is, I offered to take the vehicle to any competent rotary shop to be inspected at your cost before you picked it up. However you refused as you were in too big of a hurry. You can email me back about the parts you feel you are entitled and that can be dealt with on a seperate basis. However, I will not tolerate you posting erroneous facts about this business transaction. If you would like to pursue legal action then by all means, please try to pass your responsibilities off onto someone else.

Also, how could it have caught fire the next day. You talked to me several days later and made no mention of the incident?

LOL is that not an oxymoron?

i should really stay out of this, but i couldn't resist that one. sounds like homeboy desn't know that much about cars so he either assumed it was in good shape, or just said it was--hoping he was right.

if you end up selling it, lemme know--i wouldn't mind doing a 3rd gen from the ground up...

i8urchvy

You finally showed up after 20 private message and 10 emails, please explain why you never answer my phone calls and on 04/18/04, I called and you told me that I got the wrong number???

The only time I "really" talked to you on phone was 2 hours after I bought the car, after that I've been trying to call you and left tons of messages, you never called me or emailed me back.

I knew I bought it AS IS so I thought maybe I was just unlucky, so all my calls are about when I could get the stock parts you owned me which you signed the the contract you typed saying that you would mail them to me. But the way you ignored me, really made me thinking that you really are hiding something and afraid to talk to me, and that's why you bought that rx7 and turned around selling it next day. So if you would be cool enough just answered my phone and mailed those parts to me, I won't be that pissed.

sorry to sound cold, you get what you pay for. ive noticed in general no matter how much you spend up front or afterwards on maintence...its gonna be around 17-18k. if its in running order, i'd be suprised to see one under 15k.
i'd pay attention to what mods it has, if someone modded it incorrectly, you are going to again have trouble on your hands.
