trip to tahoe, bring the FD?

hi all,

should i talk my FD to south lake tahoe?

a lot of my friends and i are heading out there for a friend's wedding this coming saturday. i've been up there many times in the snow season with the wrx and have always dreamed about cruising the twisties with the 7.

i'm not concerned with mileage, but more of road conditions. it should be nice and dry, and no snow up there around this time right? there shouldn't be anymore salt on the road right? (from the snow season?).

just want some input,
chris

I took mine up a few times between march and now, no problems whatsoever. My a/c is not quite functioning, but otherwise I say go for it. Josh

sicminded: My brother in-law just went up there last weekend and he said the roads are fine. You shouldn't have any problems. I want to do the same thing when I'm done with my FD
