SV at Streets of Willow Springs 11-18-2005!

Friday at the Streets of Willow Springs; November 18th, 2005

Price: $140 one day (Instruction included in School group, or + $30 per day
in other groups)

Duration: 1 day, 2.5 hours of track time per group!**

Track: Streets of Willow Springs Rosamond, CA (near Lancaster)

Registration: Click here to register:
http://www.speedventures.com/event_forms.asp

Timing: Transponders are available for rental.

Event Info:

The Streets of Willow Springs is a favorite short track in the Los Angeles
area, popular with magazines for car tests and an excellent learning track
as well. Turns are moderate-speed (35 - 70mph), making it a safe place to
take your street car and find its limits. All the turns but one have wide
runoff areas of well-packed dirt. This track is highly-recommended for car
and driver development due to it's lower-speed, technical nature.

We'll be running the full track CW. We will be running three run groups,
with five sessions per group, totalling 2.5 hours per group. A sample
schedule is here for your information, though schedules do change based upon
attendance: http://www.speedventures.com/schedule.asp

I'll more than likely be there in my 1st Gen... but if the car's not running, I'll be there in a stock white Ford "Fuckus".

Damn John, I miss running with you guys, it's been just over a year now. Rebuild and personal issues....

I hope to start making more SV events early next year. Tear up the track!

that won't help you put down good times at a tight track like streets. It's about grip and handling there.

Okay, well I have a set of cusco zero-2 coilovers and 265/285 front/rear A048s.

I should be okay suspension wise too. I will definately be the limiting factor, and not my car.

The car is fine, could use a redyno, but its personal matters.

Far? Hah! Willow Springs is one of the "close" tracks.

You could probably just show up and pay at the event if you wanted.
