i just wanted to say thanks to the guy with the rx7 who went out of his way to help me change my flat tire. if your on here thanks alot. it was nice seeing another rx7 come to the rescue ill buy lunch if i ever see u again i know u go to uti. hopefully see u at a meet

It's the tat he got in prison. It means he is property of someone else. They gave him the tat when he refused to do things for someone at night, now he is forever reminded of his mistake everytime he washes his hands.
