In the middle of a move so my Internet is down. So I'll be using my phone as much as possible. Date is set, weekend of the 8th in January. We will be using the dyno at tech 3 in san jose. I'll post specifics Tuesday about a schedual.
So I had a few questions. First and foremost, are you guys looking for another person? If so, I may be in. I only have 300 miles on my new streetported motor, so I'm trying to get the first 500 miles, oil change and then another 400 and oil change to have the motor broken in but with the weather being crappy, I don't know if I can drive 700ish miles in just 2 weeks.
Second, even if I am able to 1000 miles and there is space for me to get a tune, what happens if there is a problem with the car while Steve is checking the car and he can't tune it. Is that money just a waste?
I would hate to spend $500+ and not even get a tune because a probably came up or something of that kind.

Hardhitter. Simple answers... Yes there is room I think we can fit 2 more cars. As far as your payment. Money that goes towards the dyno can not be refunded. Usually if we run into a problem that can't be fixxed 200 of the money is non refundable deposit, but steve will usually let you use your deposit towards your tune the next time he is here.
Ok, well I am bringing the car into Mr.Mazda tomorrow to get a fuel pressure gauge checked out, then basically I'm going to need to drive this thing to get the miles up on it and be comfortable enough that I'm not going to run into any problems. I will keep you updated on my status.

Ok so a few details. We willbe starting late sat. First tune will be at 11 am sat. We will do 3 cars sat and the remainder Sunday. Please please make sure your car is up on maintenance, fresh oil change and fresh spark plugs. Spark plugs are the most commonly missed thing. Replace them and bring an extra set just in case. Please make sure your car has no known problems. Meaning don't come knowing your boost controller isn't controlling boost and your hoping we can figure it out. If a problem arrives while tuning we can do our best to fix it and continue but don't show up with problem expecting them to get worked out on the dyno it waists valuable time. Please if you have any questions feel free to ask. I'll work on a schedual.
Thanks again, look forward to this! I'm guessing Saturday is full? So if I can, I'd like to get the earlier available time for Sunday.

This is a complete pain into but with no internet, trying to do this all on my phone. So here is a schedule.
Sat.
11-1... Max Power
1-3... Sheldawg
3-5... Aeagles
Sun.
9-11... Tnn
11-1... Bioprojectrx
2-4... hardhitter
Please I can't emphasize how important it is to make sure regular maintinance is done and you dot have any major issues. It will make things run smooth and Make sure your cars get a nice tune.

I may possibly be able to. Do you have a cell number I can contact you at (PM me) and I will let you know by tonight or so this weekend.
Payment made to Chris yesterday. Nice meeting you man.
Hopefully the car is ready for this tune. Friday I am going to give it an oil change (20-50W), fill up my AUX tank, top off the gas tank with 1oz:1gal premix ratio, 4 new NGK 10EGV spark plugs with backup NGK 9EQP in case the EGVs act up, and replace my fuel filter.
