So I am going to start an interest thread for the tuning session with Steve Kan... This one is going to go a little different... This will be my fourth tuning session so I think its pretty safe to assume I am not going anywhere hopefully those that have met me can vouch if needed. I will not be setting a date until we have a commited number of people... The way this will work is we will biuld an interest list and as soon as your ready I will take your deposit which is $206... After we have 8 deposits I will contact Steve and make an immediate date probably 3 weeks out... Who ever is left on the list you have two options... Try to get your deposits in within 1 week of the tune or wait untill we have another 8 deposits and I will make another immidiate date... Consider this a re-occuring tunning schedual for Steve in the Bay Area...
Here is Steve's price table...

$350 - Stock turbo up to 12psi of boost (pump gas only) 1 map
$400 - Aftermarket turbo up to 20psi of boost (pump gas only) 1 map
$450 - Aftermarket turbo from 16psi - 25psi of boost (race gas and/or auxiliary injection only) 1 map
$600 - aftermarket turbo up to 25psi of boost (pump gas and race gas tune) 2 maps

I am hoping to make these more into a meet at well as tuning... Maybe start having some BBQ... Please just post your interest and I will continue the list...

I'm interested in getting it tuned from steve kan but I have a question. I have a rtek 1.8/safc and a bnr 4, will this set up be safe to tune up to 18 psi? If yes, put me down. =)

 

This makes sense, as I've been to the last four tuning sessions as well. I'm down ...once I get bigger injectors.

iif you are fine with 3 of those conditions - i have no hesistations in putting in a deposit now.

Yes Steve can do Haltec and not having a o2 is ok but the boost creep you would have to figure out nad have fixxed.

Yes he does Power FC and hes very good with them... As far as the time its up to you guys really as soon as we get 8 people commited and deposits in I will set it up for as soon as he is avaialable to come out... So if your ready please let me know and we can start getting deposits in...

well, my car is currently in the shop and it will be ready by the end of may so if its at the end of may or after, im in for sure, if not... ill back out

 

Hopefully he will come sometime pretty soon cause my FD is in need of tuning.

If he comes sometime soon, i'll definitely sign up but if its a while away from now... i'll have to find another tuner.
