Unhappy Starting Problem???

I recently noticed that my car is not starting. Theres power in the BATT, if i roll start it

will run and other than that i can make it to start the engine when im not downhill.

Its not flooding (it would atleast try to turn or crank), i dont know if its my starter
(it was NEW 2 yrs ago from a elec. store) i was told it might be the clutch switch ( its bypassed from what i know) or finally the ignition. Any of you guys ever experienced this? Your advice will be much appreciated
