I say someone hit and run the damn thing!!!! and if you do, at least you dont get a smog inspection. Im sure it cost allot of tax payer's money to set and build one of these machines. So we all own the machine.. right?

 

loopholes Or not, old schools are smog exempt. Im at least 95% above the law and I dont have to worry about them smog ******* including looking for a smog hookup.

 

This system only checks for gross polluters. If you are one of them (rotary LOL), you get a notice in the mail to the extent of "hey, we noticed something wrong with your emissions, you better get your car fixed"

and thats as far as it goes. It isn't in place to bust people, for now.
