like the title says i spotted a dark color fd, montego blue or black, couldnt tell it was dark, i was sitting up in my room and i hear this firmmilar noice, so i peak my head out the window and sure enough theres an fd a couple storys down letting a friend out or somthin. had an exhaust from what i could hear, not sure wich exhaust or what else was done to it, looked clean and sounded good, it was at the 3400 apartments on avenue of the arts in costa mesa, any one know whos it is? i yelled down but they didnt hear me
