if you pay for 1 race at a time it is $20 per race.
on the weekends (like this) you can buy 3 races for $50
if you want to save another $10, you can go there on a weekday and pre pay for 3 races @ $40, then use them on the weekend. (this is what i did)

I never really noticed a difference. However, as you are building a car they will be a purchase you will make regardless. Personally, you may want to skip the rear initially because I'm guessing your car has a natural tendency to oversteer. By leaving the rear end a little looser than the front it should help in finding a nice neutral balance during heavy cornering.

Well guys looks like I'll be leaving y'all soon. Tabitha took a promotion in Memphis TN. and we'll be heading out sometime between now and June. Most likely closer to June. It's been fun and I'm going to miss SoCal and my friends very much. I have no idea what I'm going to do for a support system in the middle of nowhere. At least I won't be too far from the dragon's tail and pidgeon forge.
