Did you get approved at the dealership?

Go to your own bank and apply for the loan. Often times you can get a better rate from your bank than what the dealership will give you. (if the dealership is pulling points) If nothing else it will give you a better idea of what is available.

What exact model are you lookin for?
Color?
Option packages?
anything else?
Ya I was approved at the dealership. 4.9% interest. Not too bad. They were willing to sell it for 500.00 below invoice

EVO X GSR
Phantom Black pearl
options:
Sight Sound and Spoiler Package
All Weather Floor Mats, Navigation - HDD Navigation/ Digital Server/ CD/DVD Capability, Side Skirts.

thats about it.

Hopefully I'll have some time to do it this weekend. My garage is a trainwreck! I wish I had Casey's garage, that thing is beautiful!

Well I had an odd stutter above 4000 rpm in my FC. I took it to Lucky 7, they figured out my fuel pressure regulator was sending way too much fuel to the injectors. They gave me a used one for free and only charged me labor. The car revs great now and I can finally see what the rebuild and streetport did to the car. I'm very excited, I've only got ~300 miles left on the break-in. Count me in for next meet on July 12th, no doubt about it.

Sweet! Hopefully I can make it as well. How many years has it been now since I last saw you at Speedway Muffler?

I'm not entirely sure... at least sometime before my registration date on this site, since you told me about the site and the San Bernardino meet.

I'm looking forward to seeing your new car!

pin stripe was added.

junk yards, junk yards, junk yards. I cant tell you how many times I have been to a junk yard for parts like that. (well usually other things, then you find stuff like demister gills when your super lucky).

of course in "my RX-7 days" we were not lucky enough to have RX-7 club and ebay... we had to find the parts the hard way. (I say that as if I am old.... I am only 27, but when I was 18-21 and doing my RX-7 stuff, I was not as lucky).

so yeah, junk yards, ebay and this site. you wiull find what your looking for.

Hey guys, long time no see. My car got towed a few days ago and im just now getting over all the DMV paper work and fines ($700 total with towing).

So I'm selling my Tanabe GF210s and Cusco Camber plates (that I bought from Macz)

Springs: $160
Plates : $150 (maybe lower, I dont really care)

Also i've got S5 OR S4 lights if anyone wants them (one or the other)

Hell, I might just sell the car too, I refuse to pay over $4.50/gal.

If anybody knows ANYBODY who would want these let me know. (I still dont have the internet at home so just call 951-346-6829 and ask for Matt)

I'll try and make it next month. I know I said that last month... and the month before that but i'll just ride my bike there if i have to.

Approximately how many miles and how long have you had the GF210's on your car? Did you buy them new?

I bought them brand-new, never installed them, still in the box with the wrapping and all that. They came with 2 "Tanabe" stickers, but I used one lol. They go for $230 on Tanabe's website (which about how much I paid for them after Ebay's crazy shipping gouges) So I'd expect them to sell rather quick, but thats why im not in the FS section yet, I wanted to see if any of you guys would want them first =)

Remember how we were talking about those RB springs actually raising your car? I got these springs to specifically address that problem (1.5" drop all around).

RacingBeat is for old people.

Wow, ok. And just to make completely sure, these Tanabe GF210 springs are for the second generation RX-7 (FC), correct?

Well you better get used to it. those prices will not change. you can however get a better fuel milage car. but as far as the gas prices go, they are here to stay.

I bet direct correlation between gas prices rising and independence from Middle East rising as well
