I have a feeling that this bbq is gonna be a failure or only a few will attend. Meets during a 3-day weekend is not a good idea.

Typical J-Ro fashion..... I'm going to save the day and .............

I'm planning to bring the MEAT.. hahaha Sirloin patties from Costco FTW. We bought these for camping a few weeks ago and they are the bomb!

U know what.... I'm gonna just go off the top of my head:

ME- 1 cooler, with ice, patties, buns.
Equipment: 1 EZ up, 1 table, my own chair. hahaha
Roy- got the BBQ
J-RO?- WT hell r u bringing?

Keep adding to this list... we need another EZup if possible. MORE food and drinks obviously.. Charcoal. etc

WHO IS SAVING THE SPOT? Let's get it started at 10am. But for the person saving the spot.. be there early, really early!

Remember it's a long weekend, so the beach might get busy on Saturday. It's $10 bucks to park there last year, so bring some coins, I don't want to hear " they charge to get in?" lol

so list what ur bringing. start it off... we got till friday nite to get stuff.. hahaha

Well a little research and some info later, I've found that we will be hard pressed to get a spot unless we get there at 7AM. Holiday weekends = tons of people. Thanks Andy for that date change.

On another note. I will be bringing hotdogs and fixin's for about 20-30 people. Andy will also bring some soda and I will have water in tow as well. All those that have emailed me please check your inbox or junk as you have mail. If there are any issues please let me know ASAP.

I will also be getting charcoal, lighter fluid and the like for the Q. It would be helpful if everyone could bring a small (or large) table in addition to what your already bringing. Even if we don't end up using it it'd be great to have. If you don't have one no sweat.

Roy - Let me know if you can transport the Q and accessories, thanks.

Blake – Any kind of chips would be great. Regular potato are usually the favorite so please at least get 1 of these, any additional are icing. Also if you could grab the spot you’d be the hero but it’s not required.

Robert – You didn’t actually say if you were 100% on attending so I don’t expect you to bring anything.

Jamie – If you could bring paper products that would be awesome. Plates and napkins specifically. And maybe some 409 to clean Andy’s face cause he likes to pig out.

Ricardo – If you could bring utensils and cups that will help keep burden off Jamie since he’s covering the plates and napkins.

J.T. – Soda would be a big help, 2 liters are great if there are cups but cans usually work out better. Coke/Pepsi are of course the usual suspects but Hawaiian Punch, Sprite, Root-beer are also good choices. I’ll get water so don’t sweat that.

Mike – Any kind of side dish or dessert would be very cool. Potato salad, macaroni salad, cookies whatever, it’s up to you …

Matt - I know you’re in Santa Barbara and I don’t know if you’re coming but let us know and we can add you on something that we’ve (I’ve) missed.

That's who I have so far, sorry if I didn't include your "Handle" but feel free to add it or change this around...

I can bring some Korean BBQ...also soda if we need more (we need to have ice, though). Somebody please let me know.

I need to take care of some stuff first in the morning so I probably won't get there til around 11:30am.

How exactly do you pay for parking there? Pay first or as you're leaving? Via machine or manned booth. Someone mentioned coins but I find it odd to have to bring $10 worth of quarters.
