Socal Rotary Shops? (New to the rx7 scene).

Hey guys, So I recently bought a 93 touring model off a family member that just had it sitting for whatever reason, and I couldnt be happier. It has a few bugs in it and I would love to get it tuned up the right way and have all the common problems checked out. I'm not to educated on rotarys yet I plan to do lots of reading, I actually own an s14 with sr20 etc etc at the moment. But i'm really stoked to become part of the rx7 scene and this forum seems to be very friendly and knowledgable.

I did a search and couldnt come up with anything.. But if anyone could give me any tips as to good rotary shops in the LA/OC area that would be great. Any other tips are greatly appreciated. thanks guys!

There are more than a few that would vouch for Nick and the RR&R crew, including Ryan the owner of the mazdaclubs.

Web Site for RR&R

Rotary Reliability and Racing aka Fast Freddies

My favorite all around shop, always my first choice.

Also, you being in Downey, you might want to try Mazdatrix in Signal Hill. Nick has commented their head mechanic John is excellent.
