It's just information, but it's important stuff to know. It may work for you, it may not. It all just depends on your situation and what the cop/judge decides to do. I got off on 2 tickets in a single year, but that doesn't mean that you will too.

Cool, thanks for the heads up. I'll look into it. I'm moreso concerned about not being able to take traffic school, cuz that would jack up my insurance.

IF you actually end up having to stand in front of a judge, you can ask him for traffic school. Doesn't mean that he has to let you do it, though. Either way, good luck. Hope everything works out for you.

It shouldn't jack up your insurance that bad, and it won't rise until your next contract, unless you pay every month. I got a ticket in october, got it taken care of with traffic school, then another one in november, that one on the record, no rise yet, but I do expect a slight increase. I also have Geico.

It took me about an hour to do this school on line. Just take the test until you pass it. It was way better than spending 8 hours in some lousy class.

Probably got your ticket because you were driving a sweet ride.

Different counties have different regulations, and different fines.

I think I already answered that one. It definately increases your chances of beating the ticket, but it doesn't guarantee anything. Like I said, I got out of 2 tickets using ticketassassin methods. That doesn't mean that you will too.
