Hi Gary!!!

Can we tune our own carburetors ourselves inbetween each run for free? And still have the $50/3 run price? Only takes me a minute to change a jet.

Can we buy another 3 runs for another $50?

I too shall disgrace the club with my presents.

Gonna dyno my bad ***, 1000 grit sandpaper to the housings, hammer pounding on the oil control rings, 6 week long stock rebuilt 12A. A J&J Motorsports special. I just put on a cat so it wouldn't smell and kill kittens, Damn!

Who wants to bet on my numbers?

J&D Performance located in Ontario (?) has a similar deal except it's 3 pulls for $40 and you get to make some quick tuning adjustments between pulls.

Not too familiar with the shop, but it was the site of the last Imports@UCI dyno day. They are, however, a sponsor of Imports@UCI which is most likely the reason for the good pricing, but I'm sure if you show up with a group you could just as easilly get the 3 pulls for $40 rate. One other important note is that they use a mustang dyno.

Just an alternative if you're keeping a really tight wallet these days .

Why won't they let you do some tuning? That makes they whole dyno run pointless for cars equipped with tuning software... Might as well chagre $15 for 1 run as the other 2 runs are going to produce the same results...

Guys,
I'm sure we will have a little flexability to do minor adjustments and the like, but there is no time for major tuning. If you would like to do major tuning at this event contact me directly and I'll assign you accordingly.. addtional cost might be associated with major type tuning though.

Guys, thanks for the input on other dyno shops, but this event is not about the best dyno prices in town, although the information is much appreciated for future reference. The So-Cal RX Club has organized this event with RR&R, and they have been cool enough to let us take all their time on this particular Saturday. This event is also about hanging out with other Rotorheads and BS'ing about this Wankel deal we all love so much! Even if you don't want to or can't dyno, come and hangout with us!! It's going to be fun.

Bern, Gary...

So I would have time to switch from Stock ignition to SLIDFIS to 2GCDFIS. I wanted to see if there is any measurable difference between all the hype. I have it wired up so I can switch out to a different ignition in about 1-2 minutes.

Tomorrow boys and girls....

There is one maybe two slots open for drive-ups... the catch is that you might have to be there the whole day to slot in.

We have a nice varied group ready to go tomorrow... see you all out at RR&R.

Rotary Reliability & Racing
2608 S. Harbor Blvd.
Santa Ana, Ca. 92704

Cross Streets: Harbor Blvd. and Warner; 100 yards South of the South West Corner.

The store front says Mazda & Fast Freddy's. They are next door to a resturant called Cowgirls Cafe, and a Beemer / Benz shop.

Cheers,

-Bern

So I'm curious what other numbers guys got today since I wasn't able to stick around to see more runs come through.

I ended up with 252HP/215FtLb

* M2 Intake
* M2 Intercooler
* DP
* RB Catback
* M2 stage 3 ECU @10psi
