Smog help please, North or South Cali

I need a test only for my TII. If you "know" anyone and could help me out that would be great! I thought I had this taken care of but now I need some help. Either Nothern or southern Cali is fine. Please Pm or e-mail me.

test only are VERY HARD to"bypass". Good luck though.......we need a TEST ONLY hookup!!!!
