Do what I did, sell your rotary "as is" for dirt cheap and still get low balled.

Have you tried the basics, change the o2 sensor (if gsl-se), get the carbed cleaned , air filter, change the plugs, new cat? Usually that helps, also might try adding about one gallon of denaturated Alcohol on a 1/8th of a tank.

I'm tired of having to fail smog to get my Rx7 legal to drive. $40 dollars gets me a smog test with a free re-test if I fail. A failed smog gets me 2 months Temp Tag, then my free re-rest gets me another 2 month temp tags. So I'm paying about 40 dollars to have my Rx-7 temp-tagged for 4 months, and that takes 2 trips to the smog station and 2 DMV trips. I just want it to be actually registered and not temp tagged

I cant believe it that none of the norcal boys cant hook you up. And smog is the main reason why Im staying old school.
