dose anyone know a guy who can pass my car under the table in Southern CA aka Orange County i need to get it done before the 20th of this mouth WackyRacer gave me a number but didnt work i need your guys help

PM dj dino. Ask him were you need to drop 250 cash and a copy of the reg you need done. It is all very hush hush, so be prepared for a backround check, and maybe a dry run just to check you out. Chances are you wont see him, he has "smog soldiers" that do the collecting. He goes by the handle"ghost rider".
