All you really need to do is to pull the relay for the headlight controller. Power will no longer be supplied to the headlight motor, so you will have to manual raise and lower the headlights. From there, you can raise it however much you want by turning the manual *****, located near the headlight assemblies. That's how it usually works. That's how I did it in the FD, and in the S13.

I think what DriftingB26RX7 is trying to offer is a custom switch that will add another position for the headlights to stop at, by setting up relays and junk. It's a lot better than buying those Pivot controllers, however, I'm all for taking a minute of time to do it myself.

If that makes me a ricer, then you can go eff yourself in the a, good sir! I like to watch Initial D, but I don't try to imitate it. You don't see people imitating ****, do you?

Didn't you do this very mod to your car when you actually owned an FD?

Thanks for playing, but nice try.

Yes I did, but there was a MAJOR differance between my kit and this pep-boys special. FUNCTION. I had by-far the best lighting that anybody had for an FD. No other kit thats being made was as bright as mine. The other huge differance was that only when the lights were on, was the cover half-way up. When the lights were off, the car had an OEM appearance. Not all the time like these kids of today are running around with on their 240's and FC's. I did not cruise during the day with my lights half-way up for the "coolness" factor.

Maybe you don't understand why I like ragging on this new fad. I actually find it half-way decent looking sometimes, but I do think it's 100% retarded since it serves no purpose and sometimes it actually DECREASES the stock lighting capabilities since the lights are no longer pointing forward but down into the bumper.

Are you losing your mind already due to old age David?
