slave cylinder fluid??
im low on fluid wat kind of fluid does it take Dot3??? Can some one help me out i have to pump up my clutch everytime i drive so kinda suks jsut woundering wat kinda of fluid and i know ima have to bleed my system out too
I didn't use used oil...I used motor oil...if i remember it was 20-50w...Nothing happened to the system and it work just fine...But for you more picky people who dot your "I's" and cross your "T's" go with dot 3 clutch fluid...

you can pretty much use what ever you want... I have used olive oil before, but there are a few reasons brake fluid is used
it doesn't expand when exposed to hi temperatures like other hydraulic fluids might. Doesn't mean there isn't a hydraulic fluid that wouldn't work for the clutch since it doesn't see temps like the brakes produce
it gives a solid pedal feel, where an engine oil would be soft or spongy.
it is easy to bleed the air out of brake fluid.
doesn't breakdown like some other fluids might
it's readily available and some-what inexpensive
