Hey, sevenstock is coming and I'm sure there will be plenty of single turbo and V8 converted cars there. I'm looking for a "joyride" in one, FC, FD, 1st gen whatever. Would really prefer an FD since that's what I'm rolling. Reason for the joyride is to help me make up my mind about a single turbo and/or V8 conversion on my own car (or perhaps another car) at some point in the future Looking for someone willing to hammer it up to top of 3rd gear, probably around 100 mph or so. Car should weigh 2800 lbs or so w/o driver, at least 300 whp. I assume no liability in the event that you get a ticket, in an accident, etc.

In return for the ride(s) I will offer to buy you a drink at a local bar, a meal of $10 or less, or straight $10 cash. I'm thinking that after the events on Saturday I will be getting food/drink afterwards with my homies so you can come with us if you like. Let me know what you have

I love the C6 Corvette. I've ridden in one, one time. I will still pay out my $10 for a solid pull to 100 mph Let me know and I can PM you my number.

 

$10 what do you think this is 1999 ??? Is that what it takes to fill up your Moped ? $10 might be enough gas for a quick burnout... and might get you out of the parking lot... and you want someone else to take it on the freeway, and risk getting arrested ?? Somebody must be really hard up to prove something to you....

BTW, when i'm at the track I always go for ride-alongs, and take people... but @ 7Stock... Really ? Why don't you get your butt down to Buttenwillow on Sun ? There'l be plenty of V8-RX's, and Single turbos... as well as others.... And you won't get arrested for a 3'rd gear pull... Kids....

Haha, laugh all you want but I threw it out there just to see who would bite. If someone wants to take the risk then fine with me.
