Two tanks for me. ^^

Well, actually more considering I'll have to head down from Chico first then meet up with the caravan. Le sigh.

Yeah, the usual spot at railroad square in Santa Rosa is fine... I need to figure out the time though.

Gas is $2.75 per gallon down here now, but it only dropped recently. I'd also include wear and tear. I average $0.25 a mile overall (not including insurance nor original purchase price), or under $250 round trip. That's why I always flew when making short visits back home to so cal. 'Course I knew how to handle transportation to/from the airport, and a flight would mean you couldn't bring your '7.

For top tier. Now it's $2.63 per gallon. Less for cheapo. And yeah, please bring your 7's instead of flying. Even though it's often more expensive. But for all of you with broken '7s...

****** SWEET.

I calculated that for 1,200 miles round trip for me averaging 22mpg the trip, and an average gas cost of $3/gallon it won't cost me nearly as much as I figured! =P

I am a bit concerned about my car overheating though ... seems to be running hotter as of late, I think I'll get the coolant changed and a new thermostat before the trip.

Mind if a first gen joins this caravan? I live only 10 miles from SS10 but always wanted to caravan so I arranged to pick up my friend in San Jose and if it's ok, the Tracy point would be the meeting spot for us,,,I think.

What's up guys.
If my black GTUs is done before SevenStock I will drive down with the caravan.
First have to drive it back from Gardena and if it makes it home I'm IN!
If not I will be riding with anybody!!Got a seat for me?

I drive to Long beach once a month.(430 miles)
I just had my 91 coupe(stock with apex GT cat back) with a long block motor and few parts in the passenger seat.Made it to Long Beach from San Francisco on
1 1\2 tanks of gas(about 30 gallons).Got all the way down to the cheveron before the grapevine starts and by the time I got to long beach sucked up a half tank. This was last week in the heat and traffic.Good thing my CUZ was driving my motor down and I flew =)

BTW try to have AIR Conditioning and lot's of water in a cooler. it will be hot on the way to SEVENSTOCK.

BTW I might have an open seat in my car for someone to ride.(just fade on gas)

Someone MUST have a video camera to film the caravan. I wanna see different vids of Rotorheads coming to SSX from EVERY damn direction on YouTube a few days after the event!!

Less than 3weeks to go!! Hopefully I'll get to meet a few of you cats at the Banquet! (that's when we'll actually get a break!!!).

Mark, is there a specific brand of walky-talky/personal-radio you would recommend for purchase?

No, but I recommend it had at least a 5 mile range. Last year I had one that only had a two mile range and the back of the pack couldn't hear me on the last stop.
