Most of the wheel companies out there do not have a foundry to melt or cast or forge metal.

In the case of forged 3 piece wheels, most companies get forged blanks from a supplier and machine it and get the lips and barrels from a supplier as well. Smaller companies don't even have a CNC machine and just outsource the machining job too.

Only the big companies like BBS, Rays, Work etc have a foundry and forging press

Would've been nice if this was posted before it happened and not after. I think I would have enjoyed going to this.

So they're forgers, rather than forgers?
