You can get away with that. You've been going to the meets. I, on the other hand, am the "new guy". I don't exactly want to dictate what you've guys (and gals) have been doing for what seems like a long time.

So apparently, an announcement was made? Yeah....... I think I'm a few pages behind you guys. I was only told of the idea, I was unaware that an announcement was made. Now I see why people are upset.

yes an announcement was made. there was no sort of "what does everyone think?" there was no sort of attempt at finding out if it was better for the group. it was said this is how it is and thats it because a couple people can no longer make sat meets regularly. which i whole heartedly understand but at the same time if there are more people that cant make it on sunday then that seriously needs to be taken into consideration.

Like I said, I'm fine with either day. But if the consensus of the group is to stay Saturday, then so be it. Maybe one of the more senior memebers of the group can post either a poll (again) or thread with everyone given one vote. Saturday or Sunday only though. Make it last for a week, and then voting closes. Any opinions on this?

There's already a poll posted. Teddy wants to set the date now, but I think leaving the poll open for a week would be a good idea for those who don't come on here often to post a vote. The answer seems obvious, but let's not jump the gun, give everyone a chance to post in the poll.

Dude, gross polluter is a nice fella. I've met him once and talked to him back in December and I saw him make an appearance this last one. Don't let him fool you, he's a snuggly kinda guy!

To be honest, I don't really care what day it's on. I know most of the O.G. people are attached to the 1st Saturday of the month, so that's fine with me. Weekends are pretty much free. I actually did speak up at the meet and even looked towards your way and agreed out loud about forgetting which day it was.
