Short Ribs

1.Put meat in pan
2.Pour Aloha Shoyu Soysauce in pan until just over the meat.
3.Slice one full ginger in about 4 to 5 slices in thin but long peices.
4.Cut up half an onion and put that in the pan.
5.Cut up green onions and put that in (about one small bunch).
6.Add sugar. Put as much as you feel needed. Taste test it.
7. last step is to put 2/3 woth of vinegar as you did sugar, so remember how much sugar you put.
There you have it a good korean short ribs marinade. I will bring one pan. Hope someone else brings some. This is good stuff and will go by fast.
