It's because I downplay my ride. It's going to be waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay SICK when I get my kit and paint on there. As for the coolant spike, a new thermo and changing the my ratio should work. I've been running 50/50- maybe a 30/70 would help?

lol all the TLC in the world will never make a rotary completely happy. i swear my car always wants some kind of attention. and i work on her damn near daily it seems.

i was trying to make it. but painting took way longer than planned. sorry. i had a **** load of people in my way.

That's only true if you're trying to buy a house. Otherwise 90K here is just like 90K in Oregon. I know the feeling...I moved here from Texas 3 years ago.
Even if you do want to buy a house, there are tricks to doing it in SoCal that allow you to offset the high home prices. An example of this is not paying federal and state taxes so that it offsets the tax breaks you'd get from paying an arseload on interest on your mortgage. Not paying taxes every paycheck put more money in your pocket every month to pay the mortgage. I don't pay any taxes at all (but my wife does) and every year we still get back about 2-3K on a return. Something to think about. SoCal is NICE!

not at 7am i wont. non i can possibly handle lol.
uh i need a windsheild removal kit. harbor freight has them for like 15$ and they work really well. i have all the rivets i could ever need lol. and......we will need to go to home depot to get some aluminum pieces to support the windshield and make brackets as needed but that i will have to wait to get till i get everything lined up.
