The San Diego RX Club has an east county cruise coming up near the end of the month. Initial details are below, but later announcements or updates will be posted to a web site that I will identify later. As we discussed at this past Saturday's meeting, here is the info.


Date: Saturday, October 23, 2010
Meet: 9:30 am; driver’s meeting at 9:45 am
Depart: 10:00 am (sharp)


Departure point:

• La Mesa Park ‘n Ride
• Hwy 94 and Lemon Grove Ave (NORTH side of freeway, on High St.)

The drive is about 100 mi. There will ba a couple of stops along the way and we will be eating at Live Oak Springs Resort, about 3/4 of the way through. See restaurant link here. The last stop, or official end of the drive, will be Pine Valley. The attached map identifies the route in RED.

If you have a GMRS / FRS radio, please bring it. Easier to keep in touch. For planning purposes, the drive will take most of the day, at least until mid-afternoon or so.

I want all the members from the San Diego Club, that attended the last meeting that said they were going to show up to be there , if possible, tommorow morning. And also the people , who went to the last mountain run in the North County with Alex R, Please try to attend. these runs are really fun, and there even more fun with a larger group. So hope to see you all at the meeting point bright and shine tommorow morning.
