camp pendelton in ocean side, MCRD in south san diego Mira Mar base in mira mar/clairmont area. all military bases

 

bringing this up from the dead cuz this RooKiE uses SEARCH...will they let us civilians in and use their shops? i'm in HB but my pops is retired SgtMaj IMEF from pendleton and now lives in mira mesa. i'm no longer a dependant and need a place to work on both my cars.

 

good questions get in with a buddy who is active duty...or get a one day pass onto the base and see whats good...or go in with your pops...

 

get used to jackstands and renting tools.
