Autotech... I live in the city of Chula Vista (where they are located) and I just keep on driving. I mean it's tempting when I need something minor but I know better.

not here to fight, but a little advice......
Go to autotech and see for yourself. Its not like your going to buy anything. Your just going to get your own opinion about them. Its like going to circuit city, but most people say best buy is better even though both have great prices and both have the same services.
I remember teddyrx2 and I fought about autotech before and now i think teddy and autotech have some respect goin.

yeah we got it now and oh man! I love it! You were right, with the quick spool of the GT35R sure makes for some fun
Thanks for the advice but I've owned this car for over 10 years so I know a thing or two... For example did you know that autotech used to be in miramar? that's right about a mile from my old work.
(I'm not arguing just stating my opinion)
What makes you think I don't speak from experience? I would NEVER say anything negative about a place of business without first hand knowledge. They took my money once, never again. My experience, coupled with other member's convinced me to never give them another chance. That's just how I feel.
Dude, I could be in autotech in 5-10 minutes and yet I prefer to drive 140 miles to get to RnR rotary. What does that say to you? what does that say how I feel about them? Like I said for minor **** autotech is tempting but I still don't go.
RnR has my business for many reasons:
1) I put 50K miles on my rebuilt. The only reason it went was because my wastegate line came off, too bad because that engine ran just as strong as the day it was rebuilt. I believe it would had gone to 100K.
2) I trust the work. Steve (the main mechanic) will work until your satisfied.
3) The prices and service. He has offered to pick up my car before and deliver it back to me (I didn't go for it but it's nice to have that option on the table.)
4) The friendship. After going to them for 5 years I'd say we've become good friends. **** I've worked on my own car, at his house using his tools. I've stayed around till midnight just shooting the bullshit, playing video games. Sometimes by myself while he is out tuning cars.
5) He has hooked my up with other industry hookups. As of right now he is trying to get a clear bra put on for very little money.

To be honest that 18 will only be used for dyno bragging rights and or "if" I only need it. Reason being if the AI system fails I'll be needing a new motor. And really I don't want another one lol.
So for 99%.9 of the time it's 15 psi with the A.I. just for safety.
